Try talking to the vet and explaining your concerns on leaving her overnight. My aunt said her vet didn't allow this, but she talked him into it and he finally gave in, but only after my aunt would sign like a disclaimer thing first. The one place I was going to take Bella too said they make them stay over night, but he would let Bella come home the same day, and I didn't even ask for it! I think they have a note in my file though, it was where Rocky was nuetered and I had a lot of questions and concerns, and it obviously bothered them from their reaction.
