I agree...A regular blood test will not necessarily show if there is a problem in the liver. Please request the bile acid test to rule out liver shunt/mvd...It's fairly inexpensive, and if it's not that, then you know to keep testing for something else. It's probably the cheapest way to start testing...
The whole body tremor worries me...Might be neurological??
The not eating is scary too because it is a symptom of liver issues, but could also be a symptom of several other things.
Does it look like she's drunk sometimes? Fall over to the side?
Is she lethargic?
I hope your baby feels better soon!!
If it's hypoglycemia, a little honey or karo syrup should bring her blood sugar levels up...
