No, she'll be fine to wait. It's common for their adult teeth to come in behind baby teeth...they can look like shark mouths LOL. Lacy never lots her 4 baby canines on her own so I had them pulled when she was like 8 months old.
You're probably going to notice some super stinky breath though...food gets caught between the teeth and it will STINK! So give her stuff to chew on to help teeth fall out on their own, and keep her teeth brushed.
