Roxy was born like that, and thats why nobody wanted her
but it was because she had a minor staff infection. I dont know if it could be something like that, theyd have to take blood work. But thats why she had no hair in a lot of places including her legs and ears... But once the staff infection was gone, in a few weeks her hair started to grow. It was just thin when I first got her... But now its full and beautiful, you'd never even know!
