Lolo is 8 months old and 2.5 pounds and I paid a ton to have a trainer come out the other day to help me get her on a lead. She performed wonderfully when the lady was here (so proud
) but now when i put the harness on her and the lead she won't move. And I mean - WILL NOT MOVE. I have tried treats, toys, the park, other dogs - anything to lure her to move. Plus, she starts shaking, which makes me upset. Can someone help? I live in London and the laws say I have to have her on a 'lead' (English jargon for a leash) to take her outside. Any suggestions?!?!
