When taking Chelsea to people’s home she gets very excited, trying to jump up and kiss people, when I can catch her she would be very wriggly and sometime hard to hold, then gets very exciting and starts snorting until I can get her calm down or if there is another dog, she wants to play running and jumping but other dog would just stand and watch. Is this normal for Yorkies?
