 Kozanna is home
Little Kozanna Chihuahua is home and her spay surgery went very well! She is doing great, is in the kitchen right now, eating. She has a tiny little incision that she isn't paying any attention to at all. She has had her pain medication. She got a microchip, too. My vet said she did great and should recover just fine. She doesn't have to go back to have stitches removed. Kozanna does have some baby teeth that haven't come out yet, but the vet didn't try to do anything about them. She didn't want to keep Kozanna under a minute longer than necessary. We hope the teeth will come out on their own. I'll keep an eye on them. Everyone at the vet's office fell in love with sweet little Kozanna. They know her story and were all so sympathetic and loving with her. I am so glad the surgery is over, Kozanna is fine, and she is home now so I can pamper her and we can get on with teaching her how to be a happy puppy. |
