Riley gets cold very easily and has had problems with dandruff this winter (as well as last winter when we brought her home). I was very frustrated with it! I switched up their shampoo & conditioner to OxyMed which is used by their groomer. Believe it or not... she is dandruff free now. I noticed an immediate difference the first time I bathed her with it. 3 baths later... nothing but her beautiful black coat.
