 Any other birdy lovers?
I am the proud mom of a handle full of animals, my yorkies taking the top spot in my heart but they aren't alone. I completely love my little Daphne. She is a 7 month old cockatiel.
I don't know about anyone else but Lexie and Beau LOVE LOVE LOVE to eat her bird seed that she throws out of her dish. Does anyone else have this problem? Also, Daphne hunts them. It is HYSTERICAL!! When the dogs are walking around and under her cage eating the left over food, she walks around the bottom and follows them around with her beak open, like she is ready to attack. Its sooo funny! She also has her heart set to attack Beau, and he is totally afraid of her. She will fly down by him and start chasing him and Beau will run full speed away. It is enough to make anyone laugh. |
