Hello everyone!! I am SCARED to death of spaying Lexie, so I'm wondering how much time do I have before her first heat? She is 4 months and 2 weeks old today. Will it do any damage to her if I wait a couple of heat cycles before I spay her? What age is the right age? We neutered Beau very early in his life (right when the vet said he was finally old enough) but that was before I knew anything about yorkies. What brand of undergarments would you suggest? Should I get Beau a belly band? Beau doesn't mark now, so will he start when she goes into heat? HELP! I'm going nuts!
