Missy...I can't remember the first thread you started, but didn't this guy leave you positive feedback?? Shouldn't this and the fact that he had the camera for awhile before filing a disput, be enough for eBay and PayPal to see that the item was in good working condition when it was received by him? I don't understand that if someone leaves positive feedback and then NOT file a dispute for weeks after receiving it, that they will side with him?? It blows my mind.......anyway, just thinking outloud!
