I am so sorry that you are going through this...what a mess! I had to file a dispute with Paypal last year and it didn't end well either. It was a girl that I had bought from several times in the past and she seemed so sweet. She made boutique custom clothing for children so I always loved buying from her. Anyway, the last time that I asked her to us some things, she said that she had sent all of it but never did. Paypal sided with me but what good did that do! I never received a dime back because they said that they were unable to retrieve the funds to reimburse me.
I guess she closed that account....I don't know. She also sold on ebay and I noticed at the same time that I was having problems with her, so were others until ebay suspended her.
So much for Paypal,huh? I hope you can get this all straightened out!!
