HeHe, Jenn, I was going to send the same recipe - except I use cauliflower instead of broccoli and add shredded lettuce . It really is yummy.
I like the sound of the layered dip. Would you mind if I borrowed it??
I also like to make this:
Equal quantities of-
Shredded lettuce
Sliced cucumber
Chopped spring onions
Chopped avocado pear
Then add in smaller quantity-
Chopped blue cheese
Sliced peaches (tinned)
A little of the juice from peaches
A few nuts.
Mix all together, the avo , blue cheese and peach juice kind of make it's own dressing. so no need for extra. You can make as much or little as you wish.
If you pop the avo pip in till you serve, the avo will not go brown.
Bonus, its not fattening
