OK. At 11 months it may be an "easier" training. The pup should have better bladder and bowel control.
There are very good tips here on this thread and in the archives about potty training.
Pick what is good for your schedule and lifestyle and stick with it. I chose to train outdoors from the beginning and for us it has worked very well.
