Funny you should ask this. I am a gramma now, but I had 2 boys 2 1/2 years apart. Since I was in a family of 4 brothers and no sisters you can imagine how much I wanted a girl. When my second boy was about 4 we were talking just like you.... If only I knew it would be a girl.. but it wasn't until I got to the point that it really wouldn't matter that we finally decided to try again. I don't remember all of the details, but I know we had to use a thermometer to find out exact ovulation and NOT have intercourse until that time of ovulation. Supposedly it helps to build up more "female making little swimmers" lol
