I am so going to try that! I never get the water right, even though I know it's 2:1, and it always sticks to the bottom of the pan or is under-cooked. Thanks!
My favorite rice is the organic frozen rice from Trader's - microwave 3 minutes and it's perfect! But.. for whatever reason they have been out for months... I'm down to my last box.
