I've been trying to use my crock pot a lot more too. I have a 2quart I think. Actually, I'm about to eat a dinner I cooked in it today...I'm hoping it turned out good! I should have two leftover meals from it which I do purposely so I'm not cooking every meal. I need something fast to eat for lunch.
