This is what I would do! Also contact the Humane Society AGAIN! I would tell them what she said about them never coming inside and so on!!!! If that doesn't get you anywhere I would try contacting the Attorney General's office and ask them WHO to contact! Maybe the health department???But start with your local Media!!
