Hey media really gets people moving. TV, Radio and that the authorities will not do anything because she isn't a kennel. The lady brags because she has been turned in several times. Plus it smells so bad before you get inside. And tell them the dogs are in there on feces. Oh that will get heads turning. Might get some of the main authorities names if you know what I mean and if they have been there why not inside????? Because its so bad outside. Your State people can go over all of thems heads if things locally isn't happening. If this is inside the city limits then that is a health factor for human also and the lady to be in this mess. So contact the Health Dept on her as well. Things will begin to happen if you don't let it die out.
