Here are some breed specific and other rescue groups within Indiana... they as well, will work for your cause to get this woman shut down and those babies saved... they have far more "pull" and resources sometimes than we can find on our own.... I would contact EVERY ONE OF THEM by both email AND telephone with your story and details.
