OMG I have one and got it over the summer because even though I'm on the thin side my inner thighs were the hardest to trim down. This thing does work and kicks your butt that's for sure. I have lost 3 inches in each thigh donig this but you have to build up your resistance. They are not kidding when they say do one minute intervals so I used to keep mine in the kitchen and set the timer until I could go about 10 minutes or 13 in a day. Now I moved it up to our spare bedroom and use it there. Another good thing to lose inches in your hips and thighs is using the treadmill and going to a rebound class (that's a mini tramoline that you exercise on).
