Ok i have contacted the local newspaper about it now i am playing the waiting game with them (waiting for them to get back to me) I am going to call animal services tomorrow and i am also going to call the sheriffs dept. but i am going to make sure they put me through to the canine unit i have talked to him before (when someone stole my cat years ago) and he is one of the biggest animal lovers i have ever met well second to me that is
