Can you go to the proper authorties and have them go with you? I know we went to look at pups last summer when my daughter was looking, this house smelled so bad and was so dirty, the babies were so adorable, But we just had to walk away
I called and they said they said theytake no action unless its a kennel
how sad was that
it was the most discusting thing ever, I hope you can do something to help these poor babies
