I think so long as it isn't a place that has to put the signs up b/c of health laws (e.i. anywhere food is served), and the owner who wants to take their dog somewhere has a CLEAN and WELL BEHAVED dog then there should be no problem what-so-ever. I say clean and well behaved boldly b/c I work in a dog store and believe me there have been many nasty and/or unruly dogs who I have many times wanted to tell the owner to take their dog home and clean it up and get it some training, THEN come back! lol
