Honestly, someone's allergies are not MY problem...it's something that person must deal with. People are allergic to perfumes and people wear those in stores...you can't expect people to accomadate you just because you have the problem. There are things that make me very uncomfortable but it is my problem and I'm the one that has to deal with it.

And just because you allow small dogs does not mean you have to allow big dogs. If someone chooses to get a big dog, they know they aren't going to be able to take it as many places. Everyone knows that. I think it's perfectly acceptable to for a business to allow dogs that are being CARRIED only. I would never just walk my dog in on a leash..she is always carried. So if you can carry your dog, they should be allowed. They aren't going to damage anything if they are in your arms.
