At least she found him a better home. Some owners who can't afford the surgeries just have their animals put down.
It's funny, my dogs have been to the vet more times than I've been to the doctor. I don't have health insurance so I never go but if my animal needs to see a doctor, they go. Granted, their services are less than my office visit
