I agree with the stores that don't allow dogs. It would be discrimination to allow little ones and not bigger ones. If I owned a nice store I would not want a big hairy dog in there. I really don't think it's fair to not allow them on the beach or at some parks though. Although, you would have to deal with the bigger ones and dog bites issues.
