Hmmm...Stedman always takes an XS in the Simply Dog brand and he is 4 lbs - so an XS just might work for her
However I hope it will be long enough for Britney (since it's a dress) - it seems that "store bought" dresses are always a little on the shorter side. It might not be too bad though
