Big bummer but I just got an email on Friday saying that PayPal had ruled in my favor on the claim I filed.
Now I wait and see if there was enough money in the seller's PayPal account to cover it ...
Seller was jerk. Totally nonresponsive until after I'd started the resolution process and it was only to criticize me!
