I agree that it is most likely Luxating Patella. Lacy has this in both her knees with her right leg being the worst. Luckily it has never bothered her so far. If your's is bothering her (locking up, painful, or causing her to not put weight on it at times) she is most likely going to need surgery. I'd get her into the vet as soon as you can (it's not life threatening so if it's a few days that's okay). If your vet confirms that it is LP, you probably need to look into an orthopedic specialist.
