If no injury, then it's likely to be a dislocation of the knee/hip....which often doesn't bother them at all, and will slip back by itself....but if in doubt, or if she has trouble getting it back to it's normal position, or if she is in pain....take her to your vet, or at least phone one.
If it is a bothersome dislocation, they can operate and stabillise the joint....an x-ray will tell you if she has broken something.
Good Luck....I think it sounds like a dislocation....but you'd better check if you think she is in pain.
