Well... I payed through Paypal so I went to searching stuff on the internet with his name and his address. I finally found his phone number. I actually called him and told him the situation. He didn't even know that Ebay had done that. Anyway, he actually said he shipped the xbox yesterday right after I payed for it. He even gave me the tracking number. I checked it and sure enough, hes legit. I wonder why Ebay booted him. Hmmmmm.... he might have been honest with me, but I wonder if he lied to someone else. I'm glad I got this situation straightened out. Its probably a pain to file a claim and do all that stuff.
