i agree, don't look her in the eye. those eyes will get you every time. Morgan rarely ever sleeps with me, mostly because i'm scared of smooshing her now. when she was little i was afraid of her peeing in bed. For the first 2 months she slept in her crate which was 1x2, i blocked off most of it so she only had room to go in and lay down. she never cried at all in her crate so didn't have to go thru the hardships of the whining and barking stage. after 2 months of no accidents in the crate i upgraded her to the ex-pen and packed up the crate in storage. she now has a house bed in her pen that she sleeps in as well as food and water and a few toys. i taught her to 'kennel up' and she goes running right in her pen. she also runs in there when i take her bowl to fill with food or go for the treat jar since that is the place i give her those things. if you start up a routine like that, zoe will learn it too. these little guys are smart, but don't let them outsmart you, cause they will try. LOL
