I'm sorry you're worried. I have no idea if it could be the bully stick. I guess it could be. Her gums should be nice and pink (except for the black which is normal pigment). If they are gray or white it is not good.

I wouldn't use antibiotics if you aren't sure what it is. You can give pediasure or pedialyte (unflavored). I just gave a couple teaspoons spread out over about 12 hours if she can't hold anything down.
