After my husband saw the one I hit he was VERY thankful the impact was where it was on my car ... it was so big he said if it would have flipped up & hit my windshield i probably would have been either seriously injured or dead... SCARY... He just told me back in November to start really watching for the deer running. I drive a 11 mile or so stretch of highway, wooded on both sides & a river and I always try to watch the sides but this time... I just didnt see her. I was so glad they found her and was able to put her down so she wouldnt suffer anymore. I hope she didnt have a baby somewhere
