Congrats on the puppy!!!

Can you take the kennel with you in the bathroom when you take a shower? Or maybe put it up higher so your little one can't let the puppy out. Since the family isn't going to help, don't depend on them. When your busy, put the pup in the kennel. Pretend the family isn't there and do what you would do if you were alone. Put the puppy in a bedroom, in the kennel. You have to be consistant with the pup, if you can't keep both eyes on him, then he needs to be placed in a area where he can't get into trouble.

You didn't say how old the puppy is or how long you've had him. Potty training takes awhile...sometimes it seems like forever!! Good luck, one day you'll be surprised that he didn't make a mess for awhile.
