My little rescue Chihuahua, Kozanna, is going to be spayed on Tuesday. Very nervous mom here! She weighs about 4 pounds. Advice please on pain meds, etc., after her surgery. What are some experiences with pain meds? Can I give her baby aspirin? Should I get liquid baby aspirin? Should I get pain meds from the vet? I will get some wet food to hide medication in case I need to do that. I have no experience getting pills down Kozanna. Goodness, I'll be sooooo glad when this is over! Many thanks for any advice/experience.
