Ohhhh poor thing, you are not a bad mommy you didnt know there are those kind of people. I posted similar thread where my dog cried and whined like crazy and I knew something was up my dog was trying to tell me something. I never went back. Its not the places you think are good, its the people some are not gentle. Try not to bring her to places you dont know I learned from my experience that you gotta have a great groomer who is good to your dog and never change him/her. Poor thing she was soo stressed out. Dont worry they forgive and cant stay mad long at us.
