My 3 Yorkies all get 1/8 cup in A.M. and P.M. with veggies and a tiny bit of yoguart. They are maintaining but not losing. The 1 yr. Yorkie gets a little food at bedtime because he dry heaves in the morning without it, but then he is not overweight. One lady told me that she is so picky about the amount of food she feeds her Yorkies that she counts each kibble. I'm not that much of a fanatic, but I do try to be aware that it is easy to heap. i have often wondered how many kibbles were in 1/8 of a cup. i counted roughly 30 LOL but they are small kibbles.

if they are not losing, i would just try some more exercise. do you give them a lot of treats? because that can contribute to dogs being overweight too. how much does the one that is overweight weigh??
