I am so very very sorry for your loss. My Brutus was 12 yrs when he died totally unexpectedly and I found comfort in the search for another Yorkie. I was only without a yorkie for 30 days, but Maxwell has brought lots of laughter to our sad house. It wasn't replacing Brutus because they are different as night and day, but I'm so happy I got another one.
