UGH...I think one of my neighbors is having a party. I don't actually hear any music...all I hear is BOOM BOOM BOOM from the BASS! It's almost 8:00 here and it's a college town so parties are normal...I don't mind slighly loud music or slightly loud people up until a certain time of night but this booming bass is driving me INSANE!!!

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
