When I did all the research, before buying Cooper, I realized that he would need to wear a harness. I bought a nice Puppia on and I am very happy with it. However, he only wears it with his leash. I thought I would put a collar on him with his tags, for identification reasons. But I read the post about the air vent
and now I'm not sure what to do!
