It's an out of state adoption, so it's a little more difficult. I have been told that the two larger dogs are not kept in during the day, they have a large outside run.
The problem is, there are plenty of 'assurances' but no guarantees. To me, unless a dog is proven as trustworthy with little ones, it's a "no way". Also, another way to check honesty and reliability is to call the vet for complete references, including UTD vaccines.
