Rocky & Maggie went last Monday for their appointments.
Maggie is 7 and this is her second time for a cleaning. She did not have infection but had 8 very loose teeth and they were removed. The vet's report said that she "has a very healthy mouth, keep up the good work"
Rocky is 5, this was his first time, he did not have any loose teeth and his report said that "Rocky has one of the healthiest mouths we have seen in a long time, especially for his breed and age. Keep up the good work".
$$ for:
Maggie was $231.58, that included the extractions, orthopedic bioglass in the holes left by the removed teeth, a pain injection & clindamycin & metacam.
Rocky's was $163.20, that included his vaccinations. It was well worth it.
(The only thing wrong with Rock was that he had this nylon rope toy, see picture, that he would pull at and the tech found numerous pieces of red & white nylon thread wrapped around his front teeth holding food under his gums and was a prime spot for decay. Daddy threw it away as soon as we came home.)
