Yep, I live right accross that old river (Mississippi) from you...in Davenport, Iowa and it was really frosty this morning. Below zero....burrrrrr. My pups would rather not have gone out this morning either. I went out with them but they only stayed out to do their potting and back inside. Do you have booties? I can't get mine to wear them.... Good luck on your training, I do know it was one of the best things we ever did. I think it was more on training us than training the pups.... By the way my husbands grew up in LeClaire....what a small world.
