Not necessarily, you can find some that are actually cheaper than some yorkies..I had a beautiful one I rehomed that I bought for $1000..She was 5 1/2 mos. old, 5 lbs and ears up perfect, but, the thing is she was already trained to go potty outside, and my other ones were all pee pad trained...I tried and tried to get her to use pee pads, but, she just would not train that way...so, you can find beautiful biewers for less than yorkies...
