Desperate times call for desperate measures... I've been sick since before Christmas, and now it seems to be coming back...and I haven't gotten totally well yet! I'm always stuffed up & sneezing, even when not sick...probably since BIRTH! So I really wanted to try this Neti thing. Well, I'm so desperate today I didn't want to wait for one to come in the mail if I bought it online, and I sure don't feel like going shopping around town so....

I just did it!!! I just used a water bottle with the tapered squeezy top. I shook up the warm salt water in it really good to make sure it mixed well. It worked!!! I was stunned! It actually came out the other nostril just like it was supposed to! I really thought I'd be so clogged up after a lifetime that it woudn't come out the otherside, but it did! I feel like a Neti Guru now!!
