Dogs and kids are such a great combination! I took my therapy Bichon, Cosmo, to visit a 2nd grade class last year. It was Reading Day and all the kids wore their pajamas and sat on blankets/quilts on the floor. There were four or five kids in each group. We visited each group and one child in each group got to read Cosmo a book. They drew names to see who got to read to Cosmo. The kids loved it and so did Cosmo, of course. One of the kids from that class came up to me and Cosmo at the library a couple of weeks ago and said he remembered Cosmo and wished he could come to the school again. We're making some great memories.
