This post is not only to ask for prayers. thoughts, and good wishes, but also to tell everyone how GREAT it is to have YT to find information.
My Little girl Shelby is going to have a second opinion on Tuesday. She has a Luxating Patella, and although my vet says that he doesn't recommend surgery at this time, I am getting a second opinion. I just want to make sure that I am doing the right thing. Shelby is in NO Pain at all...... and she still is a crazy little nut that wants to play ALL THE TIME. Everything is an adventure for Shelby!!!
Without YT, I don't think that I would be going for a 2nd opinion. I just know that it may affect her future (arthritic probs & etc....) and a 2nd opinion won't hurt at all.
Anyone who can share their knowledge, or experiences would be much appreciated......... and also if there are any questions that I need to approach the vet with..... please share!!!
