When my baby bit her tongue deep it bled well imo alot. I rushed her to the vet and he told me not to worry because even though the tongue does tend to bleed quite a bit that it doesn't last long and that it is one of the faster healing parts of the body. I woul,d still have her checked if things don't look right in the morning i just thought maybe knowing what i was told would make you feel a little better and not so worried. In other words hoping it would help you sleep
I know when i am totally worried about something i cannot sleep a wink
